The Hotel Restaurant Militärkantine has been sustainable since it opened in 2014: regional and seasonal cuisine, awareness of social responsibility among employees and careful use of resources was and is not a marketing strategy, but its fundamental attitude. The military canteen was the perfect location for our training and networking day.

Anniversary celebration and members' evening
What began in 1998 with the Davos breakfast has developed into the leading sustainability label in the accommodation industry. Members of ibex fairstay were cordially invited to a convivial evening at the Hotel Säntispark in Abtwil on Monday evening, March 6, 2023.

Overnight stay
Participants had the option of staying overnight in one of the themed rooms at the Hotel Säntispark or at the Hotel Restaurant Militärkantine. With the note "ibex fairstay Network Day", they benefited from special conditions when booking a room .
