Our newest business: Hotel Chesa Rosatsch, Celerina

The four-star Hotel Chesa Rosatsch in Celerina, in the heart of the Engadine, offers everything you need for a break from everyday life. Behind almost 400-year-old walls are 35 lovingly furnished, comfortable rooms, an apartment, three restaurants and a bar.

Three restaurants invite you to enjoy: The Heimatli restaurant impresses with Swiss dishes and local service. Restorant Uoandas offers past and wood-fired specialties to recharge your batteries after sport and enjoyment in the great outdoors. The latest gastronomic offering is the Hühnerei with all kinds of chicken and egg dishes. And to round off the evening, the InnBar is open.

The river right on the doorstep, the unspoiled Engadin landscape, enjoying the sun on your face on the hotel's own terrace and the high mountains within easy reach - sustainability can be experienced here. Host Ladina Jann is now systematically exploring the question "What have we already achieved in terms of sustainability and where can we improve?".

For the "regionality" dimension, the hotel already works with local producers, from quality meat or matured meat to gin made from local ingredients. Wonderful dishes are conjured up in the kitchen and cocktails are mixed in the bar. We are delighted to accompany Mrs. Jann and her team on their way to certification.
