The number of establishments awarded with ibex fairstay is growing again: the Certification Committee (ZeKo) confirms three initial and five re-certifications. ibex fairstay sustainability award soon also for gastronomy
GastroGraubünden, together with ibex fairstay and four committed project partners, has developed the idea of extending the ibex fairstay sustainability label, which has already been established for the hotel industry for many years, to the gastronomy sector.
