First hotel management school in the ibex fairstay certification process
The EHL Passugg hotel management school is currently in the process of being certified by ibex fairstay. The number of establishments awarded with ibex fairstay is growing again: the Certification Committee (ZeKo) confirms three initial and five re-certifications. GastroGraubünden, together with ibex fairstay and four committed project partners, has developed the idea of extending the ibex fairstay sustainability label, which has already been established for the hotel industry for many years, to the gastronomy sector.
