Interlaken Youth Hostel is still struggling with the consequences of the pandemic and yet they were able to confirm the high standard they strive for in terms of sustainability. We were once again able to award them ibex fairstay platinum. The long-standing operations manager Ueli Zürcher and his team rely on ways and means that are compatible with sustainability, both in the restaurant and in the accommodation. That is why they are constantly improving, revising and realigning.
