Ittingen Charterhouse is a former Carthusian monastery located in Warth near Frauenfeld, nestled in the idyllic Thur landscape and surrounded by magnificent gardens. Behind the old monastery walls there is a hotel, the Mühle restaurant with a cozy garden restaurant and a variety of seminar rooms and banquet halls. An estate with wine-growing, its own market garden, cheese dairy and butcher's shop as well as a fish farm provide fresh produce every day. We are delighted to be able to actively support the Ittingen Charterhouse team in the ibex fairstay certification process.
