New food law 2017

New food law - the most important changes

With the revised food law, new requirements came into force on May 1, 2017. The most important points for the hotel and catering industry are the written declaration of the catch area of the fish, the written or reliable verbal declaration of allergens and the approval of mealworms, crickets and migratory locusts for food preparation.
