The Hotel Gasthof zum Ochsen, the hotel with tradition and history in the center of Arlesheim, would like to further strengthen and expand its commitment to sustainability. To this end, they are starting a collaboration with ibex fairstay.
Close to the city of Basel and easily accessible by public transport, the Gasthof zum Ochsen offers tranquillity and proximity to the Ermitage nature reserve. The 35 hotel rooms have been completely renovated and furnished in a modern style. The restaurant and butcher's shop offer traditional meat delights and culinary highlights from the region.

The Casa Moscia lakeside hostel in Ascona has decided to have its sustainability checked, improved and awarded with ibex fairstay. The lakeside hostel is located directly on Lake Maggiore and at the entrance to the Ticino attractions of the Maggia and Verzasca valleys and pampers its guests with Mediterranean cuisine, a wide range of vacation and course offers, rooms with lake views and balconies and a personal atmosphere. Putting sustainability into VALUE with in-house training courses. Everyday life in hotels and restaurants is characterized by daily business, and as hosts, the team is challenged. There is often little time for training and awareness-raising. This is where ibex fairstay now offers valuable support with workshops, in-house training courses and input presentations. The customized training is put together according to the size of the group, the internal function of the participants and their technical and language skills.
