On March 9 and 10, 2026, the three leading sustainability initiatives in Swiss tourism will be holding a joint training and networking day for the first time. ibex fairstay, Responsible Hotels of Switzerland and myclimate "Cause We Care" are joining forces.
The aim is to combine the annual partner conferences and thus exploit synergies, create even greater added value for the participating businesses and at the same time counteract the "conference jungle". In this way, the three partner organizations give entrepreneurs in the accommodation, gastronomy and tourism industry more freedom to focus on their most important task: creating guest experiences and living sustainable hospitality.
The merger creates a platform that bundles exchange, inspiration and practical input - and at the same time strengthens the sense of togetherness within the sustainable community.

Our 7th training and networking day will take place at 1284 meters above sea level with a view over the Mittelland to the Alps. The Hotel Weissenstein is the perfect place to exchange ideas with industry colleagues in a convivial atmosphere.
With around 50 rooms and conference facilities for up to 1,300 people, the Hotel Weissenstein offers the perfect location where sustainability and social interaction are a top priority.
Arrival by public transport: From Solothurn railroad station, take the regional train in the direction of Moutier to Oberdorf. The valley station of the Weissenstein cable car is located in the immediate vicinity of the station.
