This is new enjoyment. The Pinot restaurant complements the ensemble of the Gut Clinic in Fläsch as an island of good and healthy taste.
The food is fresh, contemporary and follows the rhythm of the four seasons. What's more, the restaurant pays homage to the Bündner Herrschaft region - with its wine culture and local produce.
